Wikis are collaborative websites that allow groups to edit and publish pages quickly and easily. The most famous example of a wiki is Wikipedia, an online encyclopedia with thousands of authors sharing their collective expertise. Wikis can be used for classes to share their collective learning experiences, or can be used to document the knowledge of a community of practice.
